Our client, a leading law firm in heart of the City are looking for a new receptionist to join their growing team. You will be employed on a permanent basis working on a rotation basis Monday to Friday on the shift patterns 8-5, 8.30 - 5.30 and 9-6.

Top level customer service is pivotal in this role as you will be expected to provide a 5* welcome to all clients and visitors on site. You will be approachable, professional, smiley, friendly and immaculately presented. You will have Reception experieince and come from a corporate, ideally legal, environment.

Duties will include:

  • Meet and greet all external guests and employees in a professional manner
  • Ensure that all external guests are directed to the appropriate area and the host notified
  • Answer switchboard calls in a timely manner
  • Report any faults to the relevant team
  • Book and co-ordinate meeting room booking requests
  • Work with the client hospitality team to ensure the needs of all visitors are met
  • Fulfil other duties as required.
