Receptionist (Full-time)

We are seeking a Receptionist to join a prestigious corporate firm based in London. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting clients, and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained. The position is ideal for a polished and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the Office Manager, the key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, providing a professional and friendly first impression
  • Managing the reception desk, handling calls, and directing enquiries efficiently
  • Overseeing meeting room bookings, ensuring they are prepared and set up accordingly
  • Coordinating post, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintaining the presentation of the reception area to five-star standards
  • Assisting with administrative support and ad hoc office tasks
WHO YOU ARE

This role will suit a highly organised individual with strong time management skills and an ability to multitask effectively. You will have:

  • Experience in a corporate receptionist, front-of-house, or luxury hospitality role
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to represent the company to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with a polished telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks
