Receptionist

Well regarded and reputable UK law firm is seeking a new Receptionist to join their London office team on a permanent basis.  This will be a fantastic opportunity for Reception staff to help set up a new in-house Reception team for the firm.

  • Salary to £35,000
  • Office based 5 days a week
  • 35 hour weekly rotating shifts between hours of 7.45am – 7pm

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff
  • Switchboard call handling via Microsoft Teams
  • Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email
  • Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests in a timely manner
  • Meeting room set up and hospitality – including setting up hybrid meetings, liaising with the AV & Facilities teams where necessary
  • Client orientated mind to anticipate needs of visitors to the firm
  • Assist with training and induction of new staff
  • Organising and assisting with hospitality and events including organisation of audio-visual systems and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise
  • Invoice processing for the team

Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a front of house role in a legal (preferred) or professional services environment
  • Previous experience of event organisation is advantageous
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online room booking systems
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent telephone manner, communication & organisational skills
