Job overview:
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
- Ensure key information on bookings and enquiries is communicated effectively to the team.
- Process bookings, invoicing, cancellations, transfers, visa support, joining instructions etc.
- Maintain company database ensuring quality and accuracy of information entered.
- Maintain filing systems - both paper and computer based.
- Respond to all written, email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide hospitality assistance to all delegates including accommodation support, airport transport support and general information regarding the local area
- Prepare and issue delegate certificates
Experience needed:
- Qaulification in business admin. Desirable
- Excelent verbal and written communication skills. Essential
