- Greet visitors and suppliers, serving as a contact point for staff in London.
- Handle inquiries from internal/external customers and delivery personnel.
- Maintain visitor lists and ensure the reception area meets health and safety standards.
- Control office access, manage security passes and keys, and oversee visitor sign-in procedures.
- Answer and route telephone calls.
- Oversee internal event bookings & assist with external client bookings.
- Prepare meeting rooms with materials and manage classroom setups.
- Maintain the hot desk booking system and arrange catering for events.
- Manage petty cash, order office supplies, and check communal areas.
- Sort and distribute mail, arrange couriers, and manage franking machine.
- Update reception information screens and maintain reception guides.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
