Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle incoming calls and visitors, directing them appropriately within the school.
  • Sign in late-arriving students and manage their attendance.
  • Perform administrative tasks including managing Excel sheets.
  • Assist staff and students with various requests and directions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and visitors.
  • Willingness to learn and always ask questions
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable with basic administrative tasks and familiar with Microsoft 365 and Excel (just for inputting).
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds; previous experience in an educational setting is a plus but not essential.
