About the role
The Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and reception support to the curriculum team at Alexandra Centre. This role ensures the smooth operation of administrative processes, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting key college systems.
About you
You will have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above. Relevant administrative qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration) or equivalent experience. You will have experience of working with students, staff, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and support and knowledge of data protection and confidentiality protocols.
