Do you have experience working within a Reception role, ideally within a Financial Services business? If so, we would love to hear from you!We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join one of our clients on a 6 month fixed term basis, you must have experience within a similar role and be confident in your ability to hit the ground running within a new company.The duties of the Receptionist are:* Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.* Greeting clients/visitors to the London reception* Cleaning, organising and maintaining the reception area.* Keeping basic office supplies like pens/notepads, and office brochures stocked and accessible to visitors.* Book meetings, couriers and taxis upon request via email.* Arrange catering for meetings and liaise with kitchen staff.* Be responsible for the clients, taking them to the rooms, contacting the host and making sure the meeting starts in a timely fashion.* Routinely check meeting rooms and make sure cleared and ready for the next meeting.* Working closely with the kitchen staff, helping with client trays and lunches if required due to staffing demandsIf this sounds like something that you're interested in then please APPLY NOW for an immediate telephone call
