Role details:

As the Receptionist you will be responsible for supporting the team in administration tasks and providing outstanding customer service for all visitors to the office.

Your key duties will be to welcome all visitors, ensuring an outstanding first impression, making sure all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with GDPR, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding standards. You will also show visitors to the relevant location, and identify any additional resources required for their visit.

Additionally, you will receive and record enquiries via telephone, email and the CRM system, and co-ordinate and signpost all enquiries to the appropriate person.

  • Outstanding communication skills; face to face, email, telephone, written
  • Approachable people person
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong IT Skills including MS Office
  • Experience of working in a busy administrative environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and a close attention to detail
  • Responsive, flexible and team player
