To ensure the effective management of this clients office ensuring it runs efficiently whilst providing support to the management and senior management teams.

Taking responsibility for basic facilities, such as ordering of stationery, refreshments and lunches. Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring rooms are prepared in advance of meetings, including meeting room refreshments and any other requirements requested by the meeting room lead.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities:* Being the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring all visitors understand safety procedures, sign in process and parking arrangements.* Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting as required* Assistance with the co-ordination of SNC, WNC and NNC events both at central and depot locations - Brixworth, Towcester and Wellingborough.* Administrative and rollout support of strategic documents, policies and procedures* Process enquiries through WMS, providing support to teams to ensure all enquires are responded to within agreed SLA's* Ensuring the efficient distribution of the incoming post, ensure outgoing post franking and sorting is ready for collection
