Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, coordinating meeting room bookings, and supporting event setup.
They are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly desirable, alongside proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving abilities.
The position offers a full-time schedule with hours ranging from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, depending on office needs.
