Reception & Operations Assistant
US law firm who are renowned for their international focus are hiring a Reception & Operations Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis, providing unrivalled client service in the heart of the City.

This is a versatile role which combines front of house responsibilities as well as general business support, blending client facing interaction with general office support function activities ensuring day-to-day operational tasks are fully supported.
Reception & Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all clients at their reception area
- Manage and maintain schedules for all conference rooms, internal meeting rooms and visitor offices including any delivery and removal of catering orders
- Regularly checks stock of stationery cupboards, reprographics area, staff kitchen and conference rooms
- Assist with secretarial duties such as organisation and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and diary management
- Book taxis and set up conference calls
- Assist with the planning and running of office social and client events
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including booking couriers
- Assist with billing processes and finance related admin as requested
Reception & Operations Assistant Key Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years+ reception / front of house experience from a law firm
- Strong technical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and switchboard systems
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment
