- Operating a switchboard servicing approximately four hundred extensions, receiving and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Manage the client lounge, serving refreshments and keeping the fridges replenished
- Maintain, set up and clearing rooms in a timely manner and support with technology
- Experience in a similar front of house role within a professional services environment
- Experience working on a busy switchboard and managing meeting rooms
- Strong communication skills
- Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure
