We are seeking a dedicated Secondary School Receptionist to join a vibrant team on a temporary, part-time basis in Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for someone who is proficient in SIMS (School Information Management System) and Microsoft Office packages. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our school, ensuring efficient and effective day-to-day operations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and maintain student records and data using SIMS.
  • Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Handle communications with parents, students, and staff.
  • Support with the release of the school entrance doors
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SIMS and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
