Key Responsibilities:

  • General admin work such as handling of phone calls, emails and correspondence efficiently.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school for students, parents and staff alike.
  • Co-ordinating and organisations of school events, trips and or meetings.
  • Maintain student records and update databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contributing a positive and welcoming environment while assisting students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional tone.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-tasking and problem solve.
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant general computer knowledge.
  • willingness to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
