Working within a small and friendly team providing front of house, meet and greet, administrative support and caring for younger years.

  • 12pm to 6pm (fixed hours)

School Administrator responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting parents, visitors and outside organisations
  • Dealing with parents, staff and pupil queries
  • First Aid
  • Handling monies relating to school trips/lunches/events
  • Producing other documents (e.g. Parental surveys, newsletters)
  • Ensuring safeguarding the welfare of children
  • Carrying out ad hoc administrative functions as required

School Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Enhanced DBS disclosure required
  • Experience working within a school/educational setting desirable
  • Proficient in IT systems including good working knowledge of Excel and Word
