Our client, a leading property management organisation in London, is seeking a Senior Receptionist to oversee front-of-house operations while playing a key role in the management of a dynamic workspace. Located in a stylish converted warehouse in the heart of London, this is a fantastic opportunity to combine your reception skills with property management responsibilities.
Position: Senior Receptionist
Location: Old Street / Angel, London (Fully Office-Based)Contract Type: PermanentSalary: £28,000 - £32,500 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
As a Senior Receptionist, you will ensure the smooth running of front-of-house services while supporting building operations. This is much more than a traditional reception role-you will be at the heart of a busy workspace, ensuring that tenants, contractors, and visitors receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, managing sign-ins and access control ???
- Oversee contractor arrivals, ensuring compliance with building procedures
- Handle calls and emails efficiently, delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception and communal areas ??
- Support property management tasks, including tenant communications and building inspections
- Assist with agent viewings, tenant move-ins, and deliveries ??
- Conduct routine building checks, logging and reporting maintenance issues ???
- Assist in emergency evacuations and help organise tenant community events
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management Team on various tasks and projects
What We're Looking For:
? Experience: Previous experience in property or building management is essential? Front-of-house/reception experience in a professional environment preferred? Skills:
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a "can-do" attitude
