The client:
My client are an established financial services business based in beautiful offices close to Liverpool Street station. They are seeking a Senior Receptionist to join the team and this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established reception team and a business who values their staff and offers fantastic benefits.
The role
- Providing excellent customer service to all staff/clients
- Managing the meeting rooms and reception area icluding AV set up
- You will provide refreshments in the event of a meeting
- Booking couriers, organising incoming/outgoing post
- Ordering all stationary and kitchen supplies
- Scanning / document control and general typing
- Assiting the PA with extra support when needed
The person
- A passion for strong customer service
- Over 5 years of front of house experience within a corporate setting
- A confident and outgoing personality and someone who can liase with people of all seniority
- Microsoft skills. Outlook experience being key
- Experience within financial services is preferred but not essential
- Experience with AV to set up meeting rooms
