Are you an immediately available Senior Receptionist who has a flair for organisation? An award wining boutique investment firm is looking for a Senior Receptionist to support and be the go-to person for this office. You will take the reins, making this role our own as you become the brand ambassador for the firm. This is more than just a reception role—you’ll be the first face for colleagues, guests and clients, working alongside the Office Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly. It will be a varied role where you will be the first contact for meeting and greeting to supporting with facilities from inventory, liaising with vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers. You will be client-facing in your communication, confident and proactive. You will have experience within the investment sector from private equity, investment banking or professional services. Key responsibilities, but not limited too: 
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, and staff
  • Manage meeting rooms and office presentation
  • Handling post and general inquiries 
  • Supporting with an office move
  • Report and track broken equipment
  • Organising staff gifts and assisting with office events 
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain supplier relationships and check invoices
