Catch 22 are working with a governing body for a professional sector based in High Holborn who are on the lookout for a Temporary Experienced  Receptionist/Switchboard operator to cover 3-4 weeks
Working hours- 9am-5pm
Duties,
- Meeting and greeting all staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at all times
- Provide facilities helpdesk support
- Servicing and monitoring meeting rooms
- Ensuring incoming calls are answered
- Ensuring Switchboard consoles are regularly maintained and kept up to date
- Monitoring of BSB/GCB contact us inbox
- Provide basis switchboard training to other members of staff when required
- Cover Facilities assistant when appropriate
Must have,
- Previous experience of general clerical/admin
- Previous reception and switchboard experience in a similar organisation
- Basic Microsoft IT systems (Word, outlook)
Must have Enhanced DBS checkÂ
