This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is looking for a long-term position with great career potential. After a successful temporary period, the role will transition to a permanent position with a salary of £33,000 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors: Ensure all guests feel welcome and are attended to promptly.
- Exceptional customer service: Deliver a high level of service to clients and staff.
- Concierge duties: Assist with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, and offering helpful local area knowledge.
- Handling queries: Be the first point of contact for a variety of questions, ensuring quick resolutions.
- Administrative support: Assist with scheduling meetings and other ad-hoc office tasks.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception experience is desirable but not essential
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues
