Looking for a receptionist with a minimum of 2 years reception experience within a professional service background. This role is extremely busy and will require an individual with prior receptionist experience.
Pay Rate: £16.00 p/h
Hours: 08:30-17:30
Duration: 3-months
You will be required to:
- Manage a busy switchboard with a large amount of ongoing phone calls.
- Managing reception and scheduling the meeting rooms and keeping them tidy.
- Keeping the office maintained by being there to make coffees and teas also.
- Inbox and Diary Management.
- All ad hoc tasks, personal and administrative.
