As a concierge at this esteemed establishment, you will be at the forefront of delivering a world-class service to high-net-worth individuals, ensuring that every request is handled with precision, discretion, and the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised, high-quality concierge services for an exclusive client base, addressing all requests with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and offer tailored solutions, from booking travel arrangements and securing reservations at top restaurants to arranging bespoke experiences and special events.
• Coordinate logistics and manage complex itineraries, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact for all concierge-related needs.
• Work closely with a variety of luxury service providers, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a high-end concierge or luxury hospitality role, with a deep understanding of client expectations and service excellence.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
• A network of contacts within London’s luxury service providers, including hotels, restaurants, private transport, and entertainment venues, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle a variety of tasks with poise and efficiency.
