I am currently looking for temporary Receptionists to cover a number of clients across London. The temporary assignments would be based in the City, Central London and West London.
Duties would include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors face to face.
- Liaising with clients via telephone and email.
- Meeting room management
- Administration
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Dealing with post and courier requests
Ideally you would have reception, front of house or face to face customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft office is essential.
The temporary assignment will be cover sickness or holiday so flexibility is essential!
