Working for this lovely interational company, you will be responsible for projecting the 'face’ of the business, assisting and attending to both visitors and internal staff in a professional, friendly and efficient manner handling both telephone and face to face inquires.

  • Providing a travel booker service across divisions, arranging travel (flights, hotels, cars) working within the Company Travel Policy.
  • Be an expert user of the travel management system, trouble shooting issues, ensuring all costs are correct and ensuring invoices are accurately inputted when being raised for requisition.
  • Answer incoming calls, screen and direct calls as soon as is reasonably practicable and in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Recording accurate messages, passing on by e-mail in a timely manner
  • Meet and greet all guests / visitors, providing refreshments as required, informing staff of guest arrival
  • Setting up meeting rooms, checking the meeting room schedule
  • Ensure that the reception area is maintained to the highest possible standards, advising Facilities Management of any items that need repairing or renewing
  • Raising requisition order for supplier invoices, checking any queries raised
  • Checking incoming deliveries against orders placed, highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Assist with day-to-day duties and ad hoc projects of the Facilities Department as and when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client, company and staff information at all times.
