Duties and responsibilities related totheAssistant Spa Managerrole
- Assistin managing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflowas well ashigh levelsofguestengagement andsatisfaction
- Supportwiththe hiringandsupervision of spa colleagues.Assistin scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing training to ensure the team deliversexcellent services
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.
- Assistin budgeting andfinancial managementto support the overall financial health of the spa.
About you
Proven experience in spa management,demonstratingstrong organizational and multitasking skills to support the SpaDirectorand ensure smooth spa operations. Possess extensive knowledge ofluxuryspaoperations andtreatmentsas well ashaving anexcellent understanding ofhealth and safety regulations.
