Facilities Manager - London Centric
Salary: 47,000 - 52,000 + bonus

Energi People are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established Property Management organisation who are looking for a Facilities Manager to their growing team in Central London.

This exciting job opportunity is ideally suited to an experienced Facilities Manager with knowledge and experience in managing a multi-site, mixed-used development, overseeing hard and soft service, within a managing agent capacity.

As the Facilities Manager you will need to demonstrate a track record of managing 3rd party suppliers, implementing health, safety and compliance across multiple site as well as be able to create and manage the whole service charge budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements
  • Complete monthly audits for each site
  • Ensure high standards of cleaning, repair and presentation are achieved and maintained within property budgets
  • Visit each occupier monthly
  • Develop a close working relationship with occupiers and manage service satisfaction and confidence in Savills
  • Establish and implement best practice, ensuring safe working practices are always complied with
  • Oversee the planned and preventative maintenance programme, developing an appropriate strategy for the property
  • Prepare the first draft of the Service Charge budget for Management Surveyor
  • Monitor Service Charge expenditure and ensure all Contract and Purchase orders are raised and managed properly

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH
  • Experienced in preparing Service Charge budgets and managing expenditure across several sites
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fully IT literate
