Position Overview:

Due to recent growth and an increasing demand for skilled professionals in the Commodities and FinTech sectors, the client is seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants at both the senior and principal levels. Successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and placing high-quality candidates across various roles in the FinTech arena. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are ambitious and ready to take their recruitment career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and qualify candidates for technical roles within the Commodities and FinTech sectors.

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, and internal databases.

  • Engage with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and strategically to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within the FinTech or Commodities sectors.

  • Proven track record of achieving high billings.

  • Strong understanding of the technical landscape in FinTech, including but not limited to quants, cloud DevOps, and data engineering.

  • A demonstrated ability to work independently and manage accounts effectively.

  • Experience in account management and business development is highly desirable.
