Duties:

This is a full 360 recruitment role, encompassing the following:

Market Mapping: Conduct thorough research to identify target markets, competitors, and trends in Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, or Quants. Build a comprehensive view of potential hiring opportunities and talent pools within niche markets.

Talent Sourcing & Research: Use a range of tools, databases, and networks to locate top-tier candidates. Conduct in-depth searches to find passive and active talent, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, and other online resources.

Business Development &Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to negotiating job offers and placements.

Market Insight & Consultancy: Provide clients with insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, acting as a trusted advisor in their recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

  • 2 yrs + of Proven 360 recruitment experience
  • Demonstrate proven delivery into one or more of these following areas: Commodities, Fintech, Buy-Side, or Quants
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
