Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £24,000-£26,000pa Basic depending on experience (After probation: Increase to £27,300pa, Commision Share [circa £3-5k pa] + Travelcard zones 1-6)

Based: Oxford Circus, London W1W & option to work remotely up to 2 days per week

Responsible to: Senior Recruitment Manager

Hours: Monday- Friday: options to work either either 8.30am - 5pm or 9am - 5.30pm

Summary

PMR are a specialist property recruitment company, based in Oxford Circus. Our on-site staffing team are undergoing continued growth and are looking to appoint a further member of staff to join our successful team. We supply some of the UK's largest property management companies with staff to manage their sites across the UK.

Working alongside one of the Senior Recruitment Managers, you will assist them in a wide range of duties, these will include;

Candidates:

* Calling candidates to schedule interviews* Registering candidates * Creating candidate profiles on database* Sending confirmation emails of work * Sending confirmation emails of interviews

Administration:

* Data entry * Checking Right to Work documentation

Clients:

* Keeping client information updated, adding and deleting contacts * Building a rapport with clients * Client visits

Adhoc:

* To learn about the property management industry * Keep up to date with industry news * To be aware of and know how to use social media

After Probation:

* After 6 months in the role, all assistants/consultants join our out of hours on-call rota. This entails taking it in turns to spend 1 week covering our out of hour calls and requests. We provide our clients with a 24 hour line, so that they can always call us to request emergency cover, even when the office is closed.

Currently, the hours covered are Monday - Friday: 5.30pm - 11pm, Saturdays & Sundays: 5.30am - 7am & 7pm - 11pm. At the moment, the team go on 1 in every 14 weeks.

Qualifications Desired:

* Educated to GCSE level - Good literacy & numeracy

Skills:

* Must be computer literate and able to use Word/Outlook/Excel * Must have a working knowledge of social media

Future of the role:

You will need to be literate and numerate to a good standard, some previous experience in a sales orientated environment would be useful. More important are ambition, aptitude and the willingness to work hard.
