Working alongside the Head of Department, you will assist in a wide range of duties. These will include:

CANDIDATES

  • Conducting candidate searches via our database and job boards
  • Writing marketing e-mails
  • Registering candidates and confirming Right To Work
  • Arranging meetings with candidates
  • Creating candidate profiles on our database
  • Creating and formatting CVs
  • Calling candidates to schedule interviews
  • Building rapport with candidates
  • Updating information on the database

CLIENTS

  • Research existing and new clients, building "maps" of property clients across the UK
  • Putting new contacts and companies onto the database
  • Creating marketing lists within the database and assisting with client marketing campaigns
  • Arranging meetings for manager including diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparing Power Point presentations for meetings
  • Writing job advertisements and managing responses
  • Managing LinkedIn campaigns
  • Assisting with arranging events and client entertainment
  • Updating information on the database

ADHOC

  • Learn about the residential property management industry
  • Keep up to date with industry news
  • Become a super user of our CRM system
  • Writing and designing newsletters
  • Conducting research
  • Any other reasonable duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

  • Educated to GCSE level with good literacy and numeracy

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Must be computer literate and able to use Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of social media
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident speaking with people on the phone
  • Ideally experienced in Canva
  • Ideally experienced in Mailchimp
