Start Date:October 2024
Salary:25,000 base (Year 1 OTE up to 35K, Year 2 OTE up to 65K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening:Identify top talent in Healthcare through various channels.
• End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to job offer negotiations.
• Relationship Building:Develop strong client relationships, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor.
• Networking:Attend client meetings and industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Recent Graduate:Degree in any discipline desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills:Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels.
• Proactive Attitude:Self-motivated, driven, and ready to take initiative.
• Team Player:Ability to collaborate and contribute to team success.
