  • End-to-End Recruitment:Manage the recruitment process from candidate screening to job offer negotiations.
  • Relationship Building:Develop strong client relationships, acting as their trusted recruitment advisor.
  • Networking:Attend client meetings and industry events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Recent Graduate:Degree in any discipline desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills:Ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive Attitude:Self-motivated, driven, and ready to take initiative.
