Associate Recruitment Consultant - Actuarial

Day-to-day, you'll:

Client Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing exclusive and potential clients.
    • Understand clients' staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing:

    • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality actuarial talent (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
    • Maintain a robust database of actuarial professionals.

Recruitment Process Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
    • Coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates.
    • Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the recruitment process status.

Market Insight and Strategy:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the actuarial profession.
    • Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

    • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
    • Comply with company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
