Day-to-day, you'll:

Client Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing exclusive and potential clients.
Understand clients' staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods to attract high-quality actuarial talent (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
Maintain a robust database of actuarial professionals.

Recruitment Process Management:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews between clients and candidates.
Provide regular updates to clients and candidates on the recruitment process status.

Market Insight and Strategy:

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the actuarial profession.
Advise clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and career opportunities.
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives.

Administrative Duties:

Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to management.
Comply with company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
