They are seeking to hire 4 more ambitious, sales-driven individuals to join their team on March 31st. They will be holding an Assessment Day on Tuesday, March 18th, at their London office.

About the role:

Follow Leadership Direction: Execute tasks as directed by the Manager, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outcomes.

Effective Time Management: Develop and implement detailed daily plans, prioritizing key tasks to maximize productivity.

Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships while mapping client networks to identify revenue-generating opportunities.

Candidate Network Development: Build and maintain an extensive candidate network, ensuring all communications are well-structured and properly tracked.

Activity-Results Alignment: Demonstrate a clear understanding of the link between consistent activity and achieving desired results.

Achieving KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Interim Runner Targets: Successfully achieve monthly interim runner targets.

Milestone Recognition: Qualify for the first lunch target as a performance milestone.
