Due to continued success, we are looking for an experienced Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our team and support our growing client base.
The Role: As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top-tier candidates for our managed accounts. This is a 180 role, focusing on candidate resourcing, contractor management, and everything else that ensures smooth placements and ongoing relationships with candidates. You will not be responsible for business development but will work closely with our key clients and internal teams to fulfil recruitment needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage with top talent across the Life Sciences sector for roles in the UK, EU, and US.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Work closely with the Key Accounts and Managed Accounts teams to meet hiring needs.
- Use recruitment tools, job boards, and networking platforms to identify the best candidates.
- Ensure compliance with industry and client-specific regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience in the Life Sciences sector (preferred but not essential).
- Experience in candidate resourcing and contractor management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional approach to recruitment.
- Experience working with managed or key accounts is a plus.
