What makes us different to all of the other education recruiters?
The business is approaching 9 years old, we are a small but growing team - there are currently 12 of us and we're looking to expand over the coming months. At the core of what we do, we firmly believe in giving trust and flexibility to achieve results.
If we had to describe our culture, we would say that we are the modern hybrid version of recruitment, which is more focused on communication, organisation and creative marketing rather than the hard sell. Three days per week we work in beautiful offices across the city (all flexible working space) and two days from home. We work hard and reward our staff with an excellent commission structure and regular promotion opportunities which are laid out on our career ladder.
Compared to other recruitment roles you can achieve a work life balance if you can work autonomously and are self-motivated to complete tasks within the core hours.
We are not a fan of countless KPI's and want to hire a consultant who will be trusted to be doing enough of the right activities at the right time to get the best results, as the old cliché goes- "you will get out what you put in" which couldn't be more true in this role.
We work with some great schools across the whole of London and focus on helping them recruit for medium to long term roles and permanent positions for Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Special Needs support.
Our hiring criteria;
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or teaching
- At least 1 year full time continuous work experience
- A can do and self-motivated attitude, you must be able to use your own initiative
- A degree is preferable (though not essential)
- A clear communicator who is comfortable communicating with people at every level
- IT proficient and an excellent command of written English

- Responsible and reliable- you will be trusted to find suitable educators to work with the future generation
