PURPOSE OF ROLE 

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a leading insurance brokerage. This role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic advice, supporting client relationships, and maintaining regulatory compliance. 

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Provide direct client support, resolving queries and fostering strong relationships
  • Offer thought leadership on employee benefits, helping to expand service offerings
  • Support the implementation of flexible benefits and technology platforms as needed
  • Deliver pension services, including governance meetings, market reviews, and salary exchange implementation
  • Mentor and support junior consultants in developing their expertise
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings
  • Ensure adherence to FCA regulations, corporate policies, and reporting requirements

EXPERIENCE 

  • Proven experience in employee benefits consulting within PMI and Life
  • Strong understanding of pensions, health benefits, and risk solutions
  • Experience in client management, governance reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with market reviews, salary exchange, and technology platform implementation

SKILLS 

  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
  • Mentoring capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
