  • Sourcing candidates through external job boards (e.g: LinkedIn) or extensive use of the database - making direct contact with both active and inactive candidates to update details, discuss career aspirations, determine candidate availability, and conduct general candidate screening whilst updating all information on the database.
  • Provide career consultancy to candidates to guide them through the job searching process.
  • Arranging and confirming candidate interviews as requested by clients, ensuring that both clients and candidates are kept up to date both verbally and by email.
  • Generating leads through regular candidate contact, market intelligence and research
  • Managing relationships with candidates and clients ensuring that all quality processes and service level requirements are met.

Who are you?

To be successful in recruitment, you need ambition, confidence, and resilience. Recruitment can be challenging at times, so a positive and determined mindset is essential. We are looking for people who want to work hard & be paid well as a result.

  • Graduate or non-graduates with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ideally: 6 months experience in a target-driven or sales environment - Call Centre, Banking, telesales, estate agency, Brokering, mobile phone shops etc.
  • Money-motivated attitude with a passion for hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment.
  • You enjoy teamwork but can demonstrate the ability to work with autonomy and initiative.
  • Able to demonstrate examples where you have worked under pressure or in a target-driven environment is preferable but not essential.
