Our client is an industry-leading recruitment consultancy in life sciences and engineering recruitment in West London. They are currently massively expanding so are looking for French-speaking Recruiters to source candidates for their clients.

As a French-speaking Recruitment Consultant you will ideally already have experience in sales and take pride and responsibility in your work or you are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales. This role would require you to go into the office twice a week, with a great hybrid scheme. They offer excellent training and a very competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively searching for talent in candidate's pool or on social media channels
  • Helping clients with the organisation of the recruitment process
  • Developing new business relationships with clients in Europe
  • Clear progression structure within the company

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience/seniority) + uncapped commissionStart date: ASAP

Profile:

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
  • You are passionate about working with people in the digital space and the real world.
  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Motivated and ambitious, a high achiever.
  • You have experience dealing with customers or experience in sales.
