Our client is an industry-leading recruitment consultancy in life sciences and engineering recruitment in West London. They are currently massively expanding so are looking for German and/or French-speaking Recruiters to source candidates for their clients.
As a German and/or French-speaking Recruitment Consultant you will ideally already have experience in sales and take pride and responsibility in your work or you are a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career in sales. This role would require you to go into the office twice a week, with a great hybrid scheme. They offer excellent training and a very competitive commission structure.
Responsibilities include:
- Actively searching for talent in candidate's pool or on social media channels
- Helping clients with the organisation of the recruitment process
- Developing new business relationships with clients in Europe
- Clear progression structure within the company
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience/seniority) + uncapped commissionStart date: ASAP
Profile:
- Fluency in written and spoken German and/or French and English.
- You are passionate about working with people in the digital space and the real world.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Motivated and ambitious, a high achiever.
- You have experience dealing with customers or experience in sales.
