What You'll Do:


As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by:

  • Identifying and nurturing leads: Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build strong relationships with Customer Success leaders across Europe.
  • Qualifying prospects: Understand their needs and aspirations to prioritise opportunities.
  • Laying the groundwork: Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with prospects across the DACH region (SMB and Enterprise).

About You:

  • Fluent in German (essential)
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or Talent Attraction or 360 Recruitment role (minimum 12 months)
  • Outbound sales calling expertise and a strong track record in sales success
  • Degree preferred, along with a strong extracurricular background
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
