Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000 with on target earning of £50,000

They have a network of offices and delivered on assignments in over 50 countries last year.
They are currently looking for driven, ambitious and resilient German speaking trainee headhunter to join the team. They are established in this market and offer opportunities to travel to office in Munich.
Your responsibilities as a Legal Resourcer / Associate Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements.
- Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews
- Harnessing social media & job boards to identify talent
- Increasing our candidate pools through referrals and executive searching
- Generating leads and market information
