You will be based in their office in Shoreditch London,with a requirement to be in the office Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays as a minimum.

Days of the working week:Monday-Friday.

THE ROLE

The primary role of the Staffing Executive within a fast-growing promotional event and staffing agency is to take a proactive approach in delivering project excellence by sourcing, training, and managing field staff for key client projects, with a focus on ongoing high-volume recruitment for our Nespresso campaign.

This role is integral to ensuring booking compliance KPIs are met by securing exceptional field staff who adhere to all legal and client requirements.

As a key member of the team,the Staffing Executive will play a crucial role in the day-to-day execution of projects, reporting directly to the Nespresso Account Manager.

This position demands strong multitasking and organizational skills, aswell as a proactive attitude to drive loyalty and engagement among field teams. Success in this role will not only require meticulous planning and execution of individual campaigns but also fostering strong relationships with both staff and clients to ensure long-term growth and alignment with expectations.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain direct communication with Account Manager.
  • Expand the pool of temporary staff through proactive recruitment efforts.
  • Source,screen,and acquire top talent via recruitment ads,casting,and recruitment events.
  • Oversee the booking process,ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Provide guidance and support to promoters and temporary staff on promotional/event matters.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including contract drafting, payroll, invoicing, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and update the staffing database regularly.
  • Plan,prepare,and conduct staff training,providing constructive feedback for development.
  • Create essential documentsfor staff and clients, such as briefs, reports, and candidate presentations.
  • Manage logistics and support services required for successful campaign execution.
  • Collect,process,and deliver campaign data for internal and external evaluation.
  • Foster relationships with potential and existing team members to strengthen engagement.
  • Anticipate and manage crises such as urgent recruitment needs,last-minute cancellations,and staff replacements.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Graduate,degree,or relevant previous work experience
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and confidence to speak to staff,suppliers,etc.-
  • confident phone manor.
  • Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Strong computer skills (experienced with Microsoft office suite-PowerPoint,Exceletc.)
  • Ability to work as a team whilst also supporting the development of members of the team
  • High availability and resistance to stress
  • Strong project management skills with dedication to timelines
  • Willingness to travel to Germany as and when needed.
  • Must be fluent/bilingual in English and German.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £32,000-£34,000 depending on experience.
