We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Executive Search Consultant to join our client's Central London office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to enter the world of executive recruitment, working closely with experienced consultants to identify and place top-tier candidates in senior roles. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and possess a keen interest in business and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Engagement: Support senior consultants in managing client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs, and delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Market Research: Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in the company's CRM system.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of industry contacts and attend relevant events to expand your knowledge and connections.
  • Support Recruitment Process: Assist in the coordination of interviews, feedback collection, and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Research Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A proactive and personable approach, with a passion for people and recruitment.
