As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you will be a key player in identifying and connecting with legal professionals, facilitating their placement with top-tier clients. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and engage with legal professionals for potential recruitment.
  • Utilise effective communication skills to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate identification to successful placement.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or education in legal studies is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a keen interest in legal recruitment.
  • Ambitious and open to the opportunity for relocation to the Miami office within the first year.
  • Must have right to work in the UK (British Citizenship/ Presettled status).
