The Role:

Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Assistant

Salary: £35,000 (DoE)

Location: London - Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Assist the wider team to plan and organise vacation schemes and recruitment days.
  • Organising and overseeing virtual and in-person interviews for graduates. Ensure candidates understand and complete the full assessment process and required materials.
  • Manage and track relevant data around recruitment days/vacation days, supporting with data analysis for future strategy.
  • Responsibility for candidate care throughout the processes, and providing feedback and work with the wider HR team to manage offers.
  • Maintaining the ATS, website and internal hub pertaining to graduate recruitment information.
  • Supporting the wider Early Careers and Recruitment teams when required.
