Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

Sourcing talent through networking, headhunting, making calls and other methods
Initiating business development calls to attract new clients
Building a strong presence within your niche
Negotiating terms of business and outcomes for candidates and clients
Becoming an expert in the Finance recruitment field
Conducting interviews
Using creative outreach tools to build relationships
Working towards KPI’s and targets
Attend networking events
