Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+ Year 1, £75,000 Y2, £100,000 Y3)

About the Role:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for connecting high-calibre finance professionals with leading hedge funds. You'll build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, while gaining deep knowledge of the hedge fund sector. Through comprehensive training, youll develop the skills to identify and engage with top talent and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates in the hedge fund industry
- Source and headhunt top finance talent using various methods (networking, LinkedIn etc.)
- Negotiate salaries, prepare candidates for interviews, and provide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Build your knowledge of hedge funds and the finance sector, staying updated on market trends and industry news

Who Were Looking For:
Academically accomplished: A Levels (A* - B) and minimum 2:1 degree from top 40 university.
Ambitious, self-starting graduates with a drive to succeed.
You should demonstrate great resilience and ability to bounce back from setbacks.
Strong communicators, and a love of building and nurturing relationships.
Results driven, motivated by targets, and a proven track record of working hard (e.g. competitive sports, academics, internships, extra-curriculars).
