Our client is an incredibly ambitious recruitment firm, specialising in Investment Banking and Asset Management across London, the Middle East and the US.

With a new state of the art office in central London and plans to open offices in Dubai and New York in 2025, they are looking to bring onboard ambitious graduates to help them achieve their growth plans moving forward.

You will be working closely some of the most respected and well established financial institutions in the world. You will be utilising outreach methods such as LinkedIn to target high profile candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

The Role:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Minimum 6 months sales experience (preffered but not essential)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Financially motivated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Extracurricular or sporting achievements
