Our client is seeking recent graduates who are sporty and ambitious for a fast-paced sales role with offices in the UK, Europe, and the USA.
The salary structure offers Year 1 earnings of £27-45k OTE, Year 2 at £60-70k OTE, and Year 3 potentially reaching £100k OTE.
Promotions are based entirely on performance, with leadership roles achievable within 3-5 years, providing fast progression opportunities.
Incentives include luxury holidays, exclusive team outings, new Apple technology, and other exciting events, alongside a structured training program to develop sales and negotiation skills.
Candidates should possess a degree or relevant sales experience, be confident and articulate, and demonstrate ambition and teamwork.

Salary:

Year 1: £27-45k OTE

Year 2: £60-70k OTE

Your role:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
